Cabinetry Process
At LC Kitchens Perth, we specialise in creating custom solutions tailored to each client’s space, lifestyle and personal style. Whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom, laundry, new home or renovation, we focus on achieving the right balance between beautiful design, functionality and practical storage.
With our cabinetry manufacturing facility and stone factory in Canning Vale, we provide a complete end-to-end service, from on-site measurement, design and 3D visualisation through to cabinetry manufacturing, stone fabrication and installation. By coordinating both cabinetry and stone benchtops, we ensure every stage of your project works seamlessly together.
Our custom process is built around three key stages: Design, Manufacturing and Installation. From the initial concept through to final installation, we coordinate and manage every stage to transform your ideas into a custom space designed for everyday living.
1.DESIGN
The first step in our custom design process is understanding your space, lifestyle, practical needs and design preferences. We combine your ideas with professional space planning to turn your initial concept into a custom solution that can be manufactured and installed.
Our design process is divided into two main stages:
INITIAL DESIGN
- Discuss your project requirements through a showroom consultation, phone call or on-site meeting
- Understand your existing kitchen, bathroom or laundry space and the overall scope of the project
- Develop an initial plan based on your lifestyle, daily use, storage needs and preferred style
- Arrange an on-site measure where required to confirm actual dimensions
- Plan cabinetry layouts, appliance locations, functional areas and key storage solutions
- Provide an initial quotation based on the proposed design
- Once the quotation is accepted and the design deposit is paid, we move into the detailed design stage
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualisations based on confirmed site measurements
- Finalise cabinetry layouts, dimensions, door styles and internal storage solutions
- Assist with the selection of cabinetry finishes, door colours, stone benchtops, hardware and accessories
- Check appliance dimensions and required clearances based on the final appliance selections
- Refine the overall design for your kitchen, bathroom or laundry
- Confirm the final quotation and production drawings
- Once the design, materials and drawings are approved, your project moves into the manufacturing stage

2.MANUFACTURE
We are proud to operate our own cabinetry manufacturing facility and stone factory. Every project is custom-made according to the approved design and dimensions. From cabinetry and stone benchtops to other custom furniture, we pay close attention to every detail throughout production to ensure the final result accurately reflects the approved design.
We carefully select our boards, hardware and fittings, using trusted brands such as Häfele and Blum where specified. Soft-close hinges and drawer systems are commonly included as standard, providing smooth operation, reliability and long-term performance.
With our CNC machinery, professional edge-banding equipment and stone production equipment, each stage—from cutting, drilling and edge banding to assembly and stone fabrication—is completed according to the approved drawings and specifications.
Quality control is an important part of our manufacturing process. Before leaving the factory, cabinetry is carefully inspected and pre-assembled where required. Dimensions, doors, drawers, hardware and other components are checked before delivery and installation.
The advantage of having our own manufacturing facilities is true customisation and greater control over the entire production process. Every project is made to suit your space and requirements—not the other way around.

1.Installation
We understand that renovating a kitchen, bathroom or laundry can have an impact on your daily routine. That’s why we carefully coordinate cabinetry delivery and installation, as well as stone measurement and installation, to make the entire process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Our installation team is experienced in custom cabinetry and works according to the approved design drawings. From positioning and levelling cabinets to installing doors, drawers, end panels, hardware and finishing details, we take care at every stage to ensure the final result meets the design requirements.
Once the cabinetry is installed, we coordinate the on-site measurement, fabrication and installation of your stone benchtops, ensuring they integrate accurately with the cabinetry, appliances and surrounding space. With our own cabinetry manufacturing facility and stone factory, production and installation can be coordinated more efficiently.
Our service doesn’t end when the installation is complete. We continue to provide after-sales support for any adjustments or assistance required after project completion, and we stand behind the quality of our products and installation.
